betmaker.com has joined with third-generation UK bookmaker, Joe Jennings, that will result in a change of URL for current customers of betmaker.com.
betmaker.com has added European sports and will be marketing its sports betting services in Europe. The only change for current customers of betmaker.com will simply be a new URL used to service North America. betmaker.com’s U.S. customer base will now be directed to betmaker.net. The same PIN and Username that was previously used will be the same PIN and Username used at http://www.betmaker.net. PINs and Usernames will no longer be valid at betmaker.com. betmaker.net will retain most of its management team and staff.
According to management of both companies, it is the intention of both betmaker.net and betmaker.com to continue to render the same first-class customer service and bookmaking that has been offered during the last four years betmaker has been in business.
betmaker.net’s CEO said that “it was a tough decision for us to have to change our URL for our current customers, but we are looking forward to reinvesting the money that we’ve earned from the change back into better serving our U.S. customers. This can already be evidenced with LivePerson, our new real time online customer service. We are also redesigning our casino.”
He added that the only real change that will take place for current customers is that they’ll now have to type in .net instead of .com in their browser. “Everything else will remain the same.”
Joe Jennings is one of only ten online bookmakers licensed by the Isle of Man Gaming Commission. betmaker.com will go live in six European languages March 1 and will no longer accept accounts from U.S. residents. All U.S. customers will be redirected to http://www.betmaker.net. Toll-free phone lines will soon be made available in several European countries for the convenience of betmaker.com’s customers.
