I've just started with them so I'm still feeling them out with some small action.
Thus far I'm very impressed with their customer service. I have communicated with Dave several times via email and always get a response within minutes of my inquiry.
As an example, I told Dave I was sending a cashiers check, and he immediately postd up my account, just on my word that the check was on the way. I thought that was exceptional,and way above and beyond my expectations.
They are new and have some bugs to work out, such as no overnights at this point. I have been promised they are in the works and will be up any day now.
I have yet to request a payout,but am sure there will be no problem.
So to answer your question, I believe that you could be comfortable with them.

Abetz debuted just over 2 months ago. I happen to have a good relationship with the folks who run the place and have been to the office...even wrote a little thing about them in my column at Sting's Buzz Bin.
It's a nice little operation that should do well. The overnight lines are supposed to be up shortly. I think you will like the one-on-one customer service.
You should continue to see improvements as the months go on and based on what I have seen, I feel they will at some time become a key player in this industry.
Also will be offering one of the coolest pagers I have ever set eyes on.
