  • SKY OLD DAYS

Ihave been folowing the posts in the Skybook is a joke section, and although I have not seen Sky in over 10 years,I felt compelled to write.I have been reading the postings here for quiye some time and really enjoy yhe exchange of ideas and information .Bettorsworld is really a unique space for everyone in the industry . I first crossed paths in the summer of 77in NY and looking back it is amazing how far ahead of his time he was back then.He had a notebook for everything. He even kept home plate umpire statistics and spent hours logging things by hand.I can only imagine the weapons at his disposal with computers and Don Best and other tools.Down and out he gave me a job, and worked everybody hard but fair. The lessons that i learned in his company are the most valuable tools I have.I still remember his calling everybodys significant others the nights where the police came a calling. He never said a word to anyone when often faced with compultion to do so.One day I saw Skybook on Don Best and i knew that it had to be him.I can tell you knowing all the BM's in NY they usually bet an NBA game and 10 seconds later it comes on Don Best that a significant player is missing.THAT IS the only way the hoop syndicate wins, they are nothing like the pokers who analyze the same data everyone else gets and wins. The hoop guys are a talentless sham.Any kudos to Don Best for having the sharpest service possible, and I know Ispeak for a lot of New Yorkers when I say that we will be customers for life as long as New Yorks wayward son keeps us razor sharp. And for any of you fine bettorsworld folk, know that nowhere could your money be safer than at Skybook.Besides in NYC when you dont pay, alot more happens to you than a few comments here , or a removal from Don Best.....Thank you Sky we are still watching you...

Come on, Sonny - if we limited the forum to those who could type well then we'd miss an important element of participation.
