Majestic Now With CRIS and the gang

Majestic is now part of CRIS for those of you who don't know. Majestic was bought by ABC which was bought by CRIS. Majestic is also known as 1bet.com

Prior to this purchase, Majestic looked to be in dire straits.

Why would Majestic be in dire straits? Did they lose money booking? I thought online casinos and sportsbooks are gold mines?

Over the past month or so Majestic was bouncing checks and was slow paying a number of people. They made good on almost all at this point.

I just spoke to Majestic, and they claim there has been no change of ownership...merely an agreement to share office space. Is this whole thing a done deal or just conjecture? Why would they deny it?

I am hearing that they were bought out in full by CRIS...I heard this from two reliable sources in the know. Why this is being denied is a good question.
