I will be in NYC for a few days during the Jay Cohen trial. I thought it might be inmteresting to show up and watch. A lawyer friend said the following: Attending the trial is a stupid idea -the feds would make note of anybody who came to watch. If they ever decided to go after internet bettors, they would be on the list. The gov't will be especially angry if they lose this case and will find some new cases, to save face.... Is there any risk to watching the trial?
