A Tennessee court just ruled the casino markers from Mississippi are uncollectable in Tennessee.
Any chance the California Credit card rulings influenced the case?
Congress and the Senate have been attempting to ban Internet gambling for a couple of years. They are now expanding their agenda to include betting on collegiate sports.
It seems to me the corporate types in Vegas have been very supportive, if not behind the move to ban internet gambling. My recollection is that one of the Senators who co-sponsored the Kyll bill was from Nevada.
You reap what you sow. The Casino's should not have gotten into bed with the Government.
