Mayan???

Has anyone had any experience with Mayan? Payouts, customer service, etc.

Well, they are in the same group as Grand Prix and The Big Book (see Fred's post on Grand Prix for more details), however, as I understnad things, they may be trying to break away. Also, they are located in Dominica - not Costa Rica. This could just be a case of Mayan using the software as opposed to the Big Book and Grand Prix which seem to be owned directly by Cyberoads. Just as a sidenote, this could very well be the case: Players Only at one time considered the Cyberoads software prior to going with Starnet.

Another thing to look at is that Mayan uses Starnet software I believe for either the sportsbook or casino. I'm still concerned about any book remotely related to Cyberoads at this point though.

I have a question, I used Mayan some time ago and to be fair haven't had any business with them in a while but if they are located in Dominica why do you get the same clerks as The Big Book and Grand Prix?

To be fair with mayan, they might have moved since I last used them but at least about 6 months ago they were still in the same office the The Big Book and Grand Prix

I believe it's just the servers located there and some of the marketing people
