What do you think the implications are of Rio Casino in Vegas suing Rio International Sportsbook for copyright infrigement for using their name and their logo on their website? There are a lot of on-line and off-shores using similar names to established casinos in the states.

Seems to me there is a movement regarding TM's and Internet Domain Names.

I feel it is good that the TM's are holding weight.
