bank wires??

can someone here help me out? how long does a bank wire take from a bank in costa rica to the states? thanks and good luck.

If they really send it, it gets there the same day from St. Kitt's/Nevis. Any other tale you are told is false. It may take three or four days to process, but when they actually send the money, if is is sent early enough in the day, it definitely gets there the same day.

I used to get bank wires from WWTS (a few years back) and it would hit my account the same night. That was when WWTS used to charge $10, but now at $74, I get payouts Fed-ex or Western Union.

Bank wires take anywhere from 1-5 days. they must go though a router bank in New York first before they are sent directly to the bank in your city. I been doing these since 1995, and it's always been the same.

thanks guys. i had them fax me the bank order confirmation and it was sent today and had the bank of necvis stamp....see what happens tomorrow...good luck!!!

it seems that you don't know what you are talking about. An international wire transfer can take from 2 to 5 WORKING days.
1.) It depends on how fast the processing bank is (Bank in Nevis)
2.) and when in transit it has to go via another source which is in the US to get clearance. Then it will be forwarded to your bank.
3.) Also very important when was this processed (or requested)

There are ways you can get this faster.
1.) Have a processing bank in the U.S.
2.) 24 to 48 hours.

Down side of this is: It's ilegal and of course IRS.
