Does anyone have info on this sportsbook - deposits, payouts, service etc...

AV2 and I did a little investigating on this outfit last fall. Here's a summary of that as well as my dealing with them since:
POSITIVES:
--Easy enough to deposit (bank wire)
--Early, quarterball, very low vig (1.95 each way) lines on Premiership, Serie A, and UCL
--You get e-mail confirmation of every bet when placed as well as e-mails confirming winning bets
--Prompt payouts (like 48 hours, +/- 12 hours) every Tuesday by return bank wire.
NEGATIVES:
--These guys aren't legal. They confirmed as much in an e-mail to me. They are located in Singapore and the American heartland. They have no desire to move somewhere safe anytime soon.
--They shut down for Christmas and their site isn't functioning. We've been promised they'll return next week. (For what it's worth they gave us two weeks' notice of the closure if we wanted payouts.)
OTHER
--These guys are a pretty big outfit volume-wise. They take layoff and they also layoff themselves (they close betting an hour prior to kickoff).
--They only take wagers about 12 hours a day (about 0400-1600 GMT).
--The English language is at most a hobby for most of the customer service staff. I suspect if you know Cantonese or Mandarin you're laughing though.
