It amazes me what the government will go through or do when they are not getting a cut or reaping any profits from any type of form of gambling. If its something that they make money on its ok with them but, When they dont its situations like Jay Cohens that they pull to stop it from happening.I myself was driveing down the highway the other day when I came upon a car that had a bumper sticker that read like this.."Dont Bet Offshore the Goverment Doesnt like competition".This to me and many others sounds more like, the government is trying to take the offshores businesses away from folks who are trying to make money from all forms of gambling that they the government arent involved with. Last time I checked its just what the Government is doing"makeing profits from gambling".Jay keep up your fight for protecting what you built,to the point you are at now. Good Luck on your case.

Sting and Jay, I find the wording of the section interesting with trying to commit an offense against or defraud the United States. Obviously you've done nothing treasonous which means they are saying you tried to defraud them.

Does this mean that if you had declared your income from WSEX and paid taxes on it that they would have no case? If that is true it seems the only thing they can do to you is force you to pay back taxes with interest. But I'm probably missing something here.
