First off, don't beat me down because I loaded with a non BW book.
I have to admit I was skeptical at first myself, but said give them a try let's see what happens.
I have nothing but good things to say about this outfit.
I had a little problem today and they were able to resolve it to my satisfaction right away. That is what it is all about.
Customer service is excellent, layout is decent and they are very timely.
Some may find the timeout annoying, and that you can place only 1 bet at a time, but it really isn't all that bad.
If I had a little complaint it would be the 2 above.
Alicia in Customer service is very helpful and polite....
Jim one of the managers is very knowledgable and very helpful as well.
