"Another" Olympic rave

Spiro "The Greek" at Olympic is definitely a class act.

As we all know, no book has more betting options than Olympic. And I think their internet layout is about the easiest to use - and it has proven one of the most reliable during crunch times.

The only knock I have read about Olympic is their customer service reps. I experienced that problem myself today.

To make a long story short I had a $1500 VISA problem today. I called VISA and they said if someone from Olympic called Kimberly at VISA they could easily resolve the matter.

So I called Olympic customer service and the problems started. The "supervisor" simply refused to call VISA! (a toll free call BTW)

Then she refused to give me a phone number for the owner Spiro. Only after a shouting match did she finally give me a phone number to reach Spiro.

Spiro fixed the problem in 3 minutes while I was on hold!

Bottom line is that Spiro is a super nice guy and a real class act - I just wish his "customer service" reps were 10% as good ...

Anyway, I personally wish Spiro and Olympic all the best for the New Year!

I agree..Spiro is a great guy. When I first signed up with them he took the time to talk me through their website and show me all of the options. Olympic has the best web-wagering program in my opinion. Haven't had a payout yet their but haven't heard any complaints.

There layout is excellent to use and very fast-but they do have problems with phone lines being busy.

MLS, I couldn't agree more!!!! Olympic is a first rate operation with third class customer service representatives. Any time I have spoken with someone down there it seems to me like they would rather be some place else. I guess Spiro has a real hard time getting quality workers in Jamaica.

Kudos to Spiro and the wonderful website; boos to the customer service reps!!!!!
