I noticed after the 3rd quarter WSEX had the micronpc.com bowl with Virginia at 0-0. Does WSEX often just pay out the game early in a blowout?

I've seen it before also...I love it. Gives you the opp to lay some loot on games upcoming...now, It'd be interesting to see what would happen if the team pulled a buffalo bills and scored 30 or so in one qtr...lol....
