Does any other book out there offer 10% everytime you replinish your account with more fund? I know that Millenium does and I'm pretty sure more will follow.

Casablanca does. The requirement is that you have to bet 5 times your reup within 30 days.

We offer all our customers 10% on all new re-deposits over $1000. For example, if you open an account and deposit $1000 we give you the $100 bonus. If you lose that $1100 and send in another $1000 we will credit you another 10%. This does not end. It will continue for as long as you continue to play with us.
However, two things to keep in mind. If you want to take down the bonus you must be active for a thirty day period. To qualify as active you must put at least five times the amount of your deposit into action. If your deposit is $1000 you must make $5000 worth of wagers.
