Pinnacle Still Confused!

Although Pinnacle's promotions and contests create an interest in posting their, I called Pinnacle and the sales rep really had no idea of what they are offering folks here at Bettorsworld. I would be real happy with what they are offering here, i.e. 5% juice till the Millenium, 10% free play, and paid money transfers. This is not what the sales rep told me who answered my call. In other words, I ran into the same problem Buckeye did. Pinnacle needs to train its sells reps better and/or reduce the number of promotions that confuses them so. Nonetheless, I like the promo announced here so I'll give them one more try today hoping a different sales rep will answer the phone. You can call me a "Bonus Baby."

DeacDoug - First time I called Pinnacle was because of the flyer I got. As usual, all promotions, signup bonuses, contests, etc. I got curious and called them. I had the same experienced as yours. The guy I was talking with gave me informations different from what I read but he is quite familiar with the promo they are giving if you are a bettorsworld member. So, I just said to myself, BIG DEAL!!! Fortunately, I was put on hold didn't have the patience to wait and I hung up.

Few days after, I called again to inquire about their payouts and I talked to one of their sales rep (he said he is one of the managers) and his name is Ali. This guy is very professional and much better than the other. Bottom line, he knows what he is talking about. That is the main reason why I started a thread "To all my classmates. How is Pinnacle?" Depending on what input I get from that thread is where I will decide if I will be a customer or not. Good luck.
