The Rio is undoubtedly one of the best Don Best books for buy-back value. However, I am critical of their of their phone clerks at crunch time. These clerks are either incompetent or just stalling. It seems like they can never get my account number right when I give it to them. They inevitably stumble or repeat it back to me incorrectly. And then I lose the number I am calling for.

Sport Market is 180% from the Rio. They have a special line for wiseguys and their service is super in every way. The clerks are ultra-competent and give you the number on the Don Best Screen without any stalling. I never get busy signals, either. Other books would do well to emulate Sport Market's first-class professionalism.

How is Victor Chandler on baseball buybacks? Last summer I would sometimes cruise through some websites checking prices, and found VC often had a price 15-30 cents higher than anybody else. Now this was on their site, so I'm not at all sure if these prices were the prices quoted to dog bettors. Also, I didn't know if they would discourage bettors who only took the buyback. And I'm not sure if they don't have low limits and are just looking to service a favorite hungry public.

Anyone have any thoughts on their bb buybacks?
