Need a little review of my own about this new Pinnacle. As usual normal routine, payouts, customer service, props, halftimes, odds, etc. Thanks in advance.

Simply put.... one of the best in every way.

I have had an account with them for 3 months now, and I find their customer to be very good. They will give you an account rep. when you sign up, and you can email or call him/her with any questions you have. They will reply quickly.

Without a doubt, one of the best books out there. Customer service and variety of bets especially stand out. I don't deal with a personal customer representaive, but that chocie is up to you. In terms of payouts, no problem except they do not pay out Western Union. However, they pick up all costs for withdraws over $1000.

Rawhide - let me clear this one up. They pick up "withdrawals" over $1000.00 or deposits over $1000.00. If they indeed pick up withdrawals over $1000.00, how often in a week could you ask for a payout with no charge? The only shop I know who does this, is CRIS. Over $500.00 "once a week" is free through Fedex.

(1)Pinnacle accepts request for payouts 7 days a week. Payments can be made by bank wire or cashiers check. These payments are made 5 days a week. Requests for payments by cashiers check usually go out the same day requested, if requested in the morning, or the next day, if not. The checks are sent using overnight delivery. Pinnacle picks up the cahrges ona all deposits and withdrawls of $1000 or more.;

(2)Pinnacle has first-half, halftime, and moeylines on all NFL and NBA games, and most NCAA football games. In college basketball we offer totals and halftimes on most televised games.;

(3)Pinnacles proposistions are among the best in the industry because we offer many home-grown props that can't be found anywhere else and we offer lower 'vig' on our props than anyone else. The following is a list of our props from last Monday Night:

I have dealt with Pinnacle throughout the football season. I would say that they are the best book to deal with and have the most variety and great contests. I won it one week and that is why I posted up.
If you call ask to speak to Ali. He is great to deal with and will take care of anything

I've been with Pinnacle for a few weeks now. They are very good, however, the major drawback is that they don't have live lines you can view on the internet, so you need to call to get all the current lines. For most people, this is not a problem. They seem to have no problems providing full run downs when you call for them. The thing I like best is that they offer moneylines on just about every game.

After further review, Pinnacle looks solid. Few drawbacks though.

1.) You could send W. Union for deposits but no W. Union payouts. (I just couldn't figure that one out)

2.) Not online yet.
