I opened an account yesterday. I played in the casino then bet all my money on ColSt. It's about 11:00 am eastern. When I go in there is no money in my account and it wont let me into the sportsbook because it says I have no funds. When are these games graded and the money returned to my Sands casino account? Thanks.

WWTS has graded all the games from yesterday, 18th November. However due to minor technical problems, which stems from our current weather situation, our on-line casino server is down. As soon as we are able to re-boot, all accounts will be credited immediately. The accounts, which will be affected, are where persons wager on the sports site from a casino.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but the circumstances are very much out of our control.

It's now 12:30 still no money in my account. The bad thing is Iv'e been playing offshore for more than a year and never had a problem. Now I have a problem with this place the first time I make a bet. I played Colst. at Olympic and my money was in my account five minutes after the game. It wouldn't be so bad if I could get in the sportsbook and see that my bet was there and if it had been graded or not. When I click Sportsbook it takes me to a cashier to deposit more money. I like to be able to get into the sportsbook and look at my past wagers and what not even if I don't have any funds to bet. What if I just want to look at lines or something to see if I even want to play there?Comment

Thanks for the reply. I hadn't seen it when I made above post. I understand there are some problems with the weather so that's cool. My above concern about not being able to view lines without transferring money to your sports account is valid however. The casino software is first-rate at The Sands and I like the multi-player functions. I really opened the account just for the casino but I was losing and figured I could get even with sports (which I did). I really appreciate the reply.Comment
