Beware of All American Sportsbook and their parent company World Wide Vegas.

    www.aasportsbook.com
    www.worldwidevegas.com

I noticed someone touting them on the net so I checked them out. I went to their FAQ section clicked on "Are we legal?" Well, the answer said YES, they are licensed in Costa Rica. As I have clearly stated before there is no such thing as a gaming license in CR. BUT, here is the best part, they have a link to click on and view their license. It will probably come down when they hear about this post. The link takes you to a page with WWTS's Antiguan license. They didn't even have the technical saavy to lift the image, you go right to a WWTS page.

AVOID them, any operation that stoops so low can not and can never be trusted.

    Skeptic is watching.

It sems like Costa Rica is the next place where people have to be careful about who they sign up accounts with because as skeptic said there is no real licensing there. That is not to say all of the books there are not good, a few of the best and most respected books in the business are there such as Betmaker and ABC Islands, but people have to be aware of these new unregulated operations opening up in places like this. As far as I am aware, and I may be wrong so anybody feel free to correct me, the only islands that License and TRUELY regulate sportsbooks are Antigua and Curacao. Curacao did make the mistake of letting that one group sub-License, but they have now stopped that and the few books that are still there are independently licensed and strictly regulated. I know St. Kitts supposedly licenses books, but I don't believe they are very closely regulated. As far as I am concerned anybody looking to open up an account should go no further than the well respected books backed by Bettorsworld. This is the place to find out the real information good or bad about any Sports Book out there.

Your from the UK I notice.

As you might know Australia decided this last weekend to stay in the Empire (the Queen's that is, not Darth Vadar's). Oh well....at least we won the rugby world cup.

Since we're on the topic, I thought you'd be interested in knowing that betmaker is licensed in Isle of Man.

We are one of few books (I believe they only give out 10) to be granted a license and regulated by the Isle of Man Gaming Commission.

Fred, how close was the vote?

I lived in Cronulla Beach in Sydney and still go there every other Christmas. You a Sydney man?

Rugby and Cricket double, best teams of the millenium, it does sound sweet, doesn't it?

                        To Whom It May Concern:

We would like to apologize to all our clientele for any form of skepticism created by an illegitimate organization.
Naturally, with the excellent, long standing reputation we have, we are in no way affiliated with the above listed company(s).
We truly cannot blame them for wanting to be apart of the WWTS extended family. There are thousands people in our happy home and they just want to be as welcome… “By the way you’re very welcome.” Everyone always is. The minimum deposit is from $100 to $500, depending on the account status you would like. A much smaller price to pay than using our links.
We have notified the Free Trade and Processing Zone. This is the local Gaming Regulation Organization created by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda. A statement will be released in the near future.

If you are ever in doubt about any off shore sports book, don’t give it a second thought, call 800-BET-WWTS or visit us online at www.betwwts.com.
Never query the security of your sports book call WWTS, because the “Bottom line is…we pay!”

                          Cons

I'm in the greater Sydney area. Don't know Cronulla well though-- I know they don't have a bad rugby league team.

Vote not even close. 45% Yes 55% No. Only one state (Victoria) out of six saying yes.

Centrebet had odds of about 1.28 yes and 3.70 no
