Questions for or about Skybook

Books who don't take or who severely limit wiseguy action in the baskets are probably going to be costing themselves money. According to my research, over the past three seasons the moves, whether early in the day or the post 3:00 PM steam plays, have not done particularly well. The NBA totals are still somewhat decent, but following the steam on basketball sides, college or pro, is not worthwhile, even if one gets the original number. Years ago, one could could do very well following the late steam in baskets for the first month of the season. Not anymore.

If you are familiar with Skybook and I believe you have an account. You know we take all action from all customers and Have some of the highest limits around. I agree with you also the so called moves are not what they used to be

Steve, I played with Skybook during baseball, and you guys were an excellent out. I could bet as much as I needed and I almost always got the number on the Don Best screen. Also, I got tons of numbers that were unavailable anywhere else.

My two complaints about Skybook are: 1) Dead air when I'd call, and I'd have to call a second or third time to get through. 2) Slow pay-outs. You switched to an Antigua bank, but pay-outs still took several days. By comparison, most Antigua sportsbooks get me pay-outs within two days. Correct these two problems, and in my opinion you'll be among the very best books.

The dead air problem is a technical problem we have been working on for a while. It bothers us too. When im in new york calling the office here I have to hang up and call back a lot too. Its a technical problem that we want fixed also because we know how frustrating it is. AS far as you having a problem with payouts I can talk to you personally as well. Im always here if you want to call. We pay everyone and Im sorry yours took a few extra days. If you liked baseball last season with us, then wait to you see our lines this year.

Steve, no need to wait. I'm going to start betting baskets and hockey since my programmer-partner found some good systems. I'll be re-loading with Skybook and my other outs this week.

I had to chime in with my experiences with Skybook as I feel that Polar is dead wrong. I have used Skybook for about a year and have had nothing but good experiences (other than the same "dead air" problem) and consider them a top-notch book.

Polar DOES NOT speak for me. Skybook has never EVER NOT given me a number that is on the feed and I have bet upwards of ten dimes a pop during baseball season.

Polar...stop antagonizing every decent book that comes in here and please conduct yourself in a professional manner. You are causing worthy sportsbooks to keep away from answering important questions in this site because of your antagonistic demeanor. I for one want to hear what these books have to say.

You can get your questions answered and your points across without personal attacks. If you limit your inquiries to THE TRUTH instead of name calling you will have credibility among your peers and may even get some books to change the practices you find so questionable.

Skybook, im my experience, you are a great book and I will continue to use you and I recommend you wholeheartedly. Please try and fix your phone line situation as it is very problematic, especially at crunch time.

What does Skybook have to say? That everyone else is a small store! That they are the kings of half-times! That they are the best at pro baskets! Get lost!

Skybook is no bigger than any other store on Margarita Island. This is Bull. They might not play with you on the phones, but can assure you they have done it with me just about everytime I called there. And MANY of my friends who look for numbers!!!

But listen. I don't think what I have to say will affect anyones opinion of them! Most people arn't going to get this problem. If more people read these posts I would probably not be so harsh, but the people who read this will either have this problem and know it's true, or the others who won't care.

I just want them to admit to me that they are a non-pro store. That they arn't a "Where the pros play store". Come thru with the truth. It will not hurt. It will set you free...........

Also if you can read. I don't blast everybook there is. If I see a problem I will write something, Like qouting lines and then changing them after a player gives them a bet. This is unacceptable! Things like this. When People make claims that are not true.

This place always writes things like We are BIG? We are the FIRST half-time line? We never hold up ANYONE!

This is my beef with them! If anyone else cares that is there choice. I really don't want to say anymore about this place for it is rather boring. If they want to bul*s**t people that is their business.

To me this place is no leader in anything. And they know it..........

Thanks for the support. As you can see by now nobody pays attention to or agrees with Poalr. He is a very bitter and unhappy person and we all feel bad for him. We like you try to make this site productive for us all. We do not wish to exchange insults with people. HE again continues to make false statements as weel. Skybook never said we were bigger or better then anyone. In fact we stated in this forum that we are proud to have the lowest minimum bet 25$.

Steve of Skybook, I have a few questions for you, why did you decide to get rid of the agent sheets, but from my understanding you kept the biggest sheet of thieves. Also why is it that you think that Polar only speaks for himself maybe some of the other people out there just do not know about posting their posts on this wonderful forum...I also think that you kind of use this to blow your own horns so to speak, anyone else interested in speaking on this matter.

I apoligize if you feel i am only using this forum to 'blow our horns'. That is not my intention. I am trying my best to anser questions you and others might have. I enjoy reading all posts on this site as it helps me as well. Ive tried my best to explain why skybook stopped the agent commisions. We were not first to do this although we wish we were. Many other top books rid themselves of these commissions long ago. It is simply a more profitable way of running this company.

Getting rid of the agent sheets is not what everybody is concerned about. You say you have a problem getting paid from some of these agents. The agent I came through the office with is solid as a rock. You know who I mean. There is no chance of you not getting paid. Is this correct?

After you got rid of these agents you all of a sudden had baseball lines so far out of line it was scary. Was this a ploy to get the same people you tossed out to send you all sorts of money? Being on Don Best so that everybody sees these lines is a huge advantage, if this was your plan. This is what I heard. This does scare me.

There had to be a reason you started getting real goofy with your lines. You guys are not stupid! You know what you were doing. There had to be a reason! Did you change your linemakers? I see you changed your hockey line from last year.

I would play with your office, and since I play alot of hockey your lines are worth looking at now.

I have heard some things that make me leary about playing at Skybook. You also come in here at bettorsworld and say I'll answer any questions. What kind of questions were you expecting to get? Who at bettorsworld needs you to answer their questions? When you won't answer any serious questions!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also you said "I must work at some of the smaller stores in Margarita". But you never said you are bigger than anybody? And about sheets you said that "There might be 1 or 2 places still doing it" are you serious!!! You know dang well almost every offshore book has some sort of this business including yours today!!! Also "your sorry you werent told about how the bonus works. It is pretty standard amongst the books that offer it? IT IS PRETTY STANDARD?

You say you are not scared of my action. But when I call and you have not ONE person on the phone and you hold me up look at the screen and change the number because you are too high or too low. This is being brave? This is not being scared? Your local clerks told me the exact time and bet I wanted, and they laughed about it too!!!! How can you say your are not scared? I never go looking for any move like the bothersome middlers. I am strickly a bettor and have never played anyone elses plays!!!!!

And I represent ME %1000 me! And I am more professional than you will ever be!!!!!

If you know me, you know that I don't care and never cared what anybody plays, unless it gives me a better number. I don't go calling and bothering offices all day trying to get scalps or middles. This is why I have this problem with Skybook. It is %100 bull not to give someone a number EXPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE ON DON BEST AND EXPECIALLY WHEN IT IS NOT A HOT PLAY. THEY FLAT OUT DON'T WANT WISEGUYS ACTION. I JUST WANT THEM TO ADMIT THIS!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. I do not write professionally nor do I care. I wasted many phone calls to this place. This is my way of finding out what reason they have to claim to be "WHERE THE PROS PLAY". This to me is false advertisement!!!!!!!!!

I promised myself i would no longer respond to you because you were only looking to fight. Today you seem less vicious and interested in resolving some questions. That is what I am here for. I am sorry if I offended you when i said you must be with a smaller book. I am still waiting for you as others are also to tell us what book you are with. Like I have said many many times Skybook is not scared of yours or anybody elses action. We welcome all. Agian you can call me personnaly with any problems you have here. If you feel you are mistreated over the phones. I also can tell you if you wish to wager here you will not get held up since you seem to be in a real rush to make "your own plays".Agin I cant show you any better way to support this statement then the one I have already made. Please agian try to have more knowledge of the subject your speaking on. The client who said he lost his bonus tried to withdraw his money a week after posting it. YOur right it is very standard. At your books ,probably your also that the bonus is lost under these circumstances.
