    has anyone experienced any recent payouts from players only? i requested one monday. called today for a tracking # and was told "it had not been sent yet,MAYBE it will be sent tomorrow". maybe this is a litle haste but their answer does not sit well with me. hope patric responds and hope this is just a mistake and not a slow or no pay. seriusly hope i am just over reacting. also would personaly like to give my thanks to jeff and brian for the invaluable information this site provides for bettors.

    Their customer service is terrible. The whole starnet group provides the worst service. It took me eleven phone calls to get my account credited on a Western Union.

    You will get paid eventually but you will have to make ten phone calls and get the attention of someone high up. There are much better books out there where you don't have to beg for your money.

      We are completely up to date on withdrawals, please drop me an email and I will send you your tracking number. I could not find any account with a username Ginrummy.

        I'd like to hear from others who've used Players Only and/or Sportsbook. I'm concerned about this thread, as I've posted up with these guys. I've requested a few small withdrawals back to my credit card. It takes 3-4 days to register, but Patrick has been fair and prompt with his service.

          friday update, called back this morning. Was told my fedx had not been sent as of yet. i then requested a w.u. payout. was told i did not want a w.u. payout, it would cost 25%.i replyed i would pay the charges and at that point i was put on hold again. the c.s.agent that the fedx had been sent. asking for a tracking # was told to call back in the early evening. at that point requested to talk to patrick, who i was told was not in the office.i will call back for the tracking # in the early evening. wish me luck!

            and you will have your tracking number within minutes. It's been 24 hours and I have not gotten any emails from anyone asking for a fedex tracking number. I await your email as I am very difficult to reach via phone.

                I received a payout by FedEx this week from Players. I have dealt with them since last year with no problems at all.

                Since ginrummy is a new poster and has apparently not even E-mailed Patrick my opinion is "ginrummy" is less than credible. Only "ginrummy" knows what his real agenda is.

                  I have used starnet books and have been paid...I'm a well known bw member and I speak the truth. I got my credit card re-deposit within 3 days, and a bank wire within 4 also...(business days)...very solid book...good luck to all...Kevin
