Baseball Props(Pitching Change)

Does anyone know what Vegas rules are for props when a pitching change occurs? I had under 3.5 runs in the first 4.5 innings yesterday at two different books, placed when Glavine was still listed as the starter. One paid, one voided the bet. Who is correct?
