  • Sportsbet.com....Any good?

I am trying to find a good book. I like their bonus deposit 200 and get 50 for free.
I want to start slow and gradually work my way up.

Have their been any problems with this book?
Thanks for any info..JUst cautious becausw was scammed before way back when in globalsportsnet.com and wagesports.com were in business. Since then have been just betting at Lake Tahoe when I feel luucky.

My advice is to stick with the books to the left.

Sorry...I meant Sportbet.com, not Sportsbet.com. They are to the left.

Sportbet.com is or was known as IGN. They use the same solid software as many others in that group which includes Island, Gamblers Palace (another fine book), Go To Sportsbook, Money Plays, Players Bet, iBet, Shangrila, Bali, Five Dimes (a newcomer), Aloha and others.

They are one of the largest in that group, which are all separately owned and operated, and use the Unified Gaming Software, which was recently vastly improved and streamlined. One of the reasons I've liked these books were that they weren't clones (as my esteemed buddy Reno called the books that followed CRIS or Del Mar exclusively) and offered lines that differed from the masses and even showed an opinion sometimes of the management.

IGN is solid as a rock, has taken control of their own payouts (a very wise move), and is a stable and good choice for someone looking for an additional or primary out. Their customer service is good as my only slight complaint (as with the other books in Costa Rica) is that their operators are sometimes a little hard to understand as Spanish is their primary language, however this is typical of most books. All in all, they are a good choice.

Sportbet.com improved their software and the speed of their pay-outs during baseball season. I had some huge figures with them and never had a problem collecting.

The phone clerks, overall, were not good. A problem was that clerks would often answer the Sportbet phone line with the greeting, "Island Casino," the name of their
sister book. Not very professional, to say the least. Nonetheless, they are seemingly a solid book that I will continue to play with.
