  • feedback on BIG BOOK

They are advertising everywhere you turn with the free $20 play and I'm sure that had a zillion takers, but I'm interested in what they are all about.

Are there any people that can make a commentary re: BIG BOOK from their own experiences?

I've read elsewhere that they have constant computer problems during football game days and a friend of mine has been unable to get plays in on numerous occasions.

Aside from this----any payout problems and any feedback appreciated

    Thanks

Payouts are Excellent. Football lines are GREAT for anti-public players. My complaint about them is a continuing one, however. I have WEBTV and their Online Betting is still not WEBTV compatible, even though it was supposed to be made so last football season. That's OK, as I can place bets over the phone if their line is the best, EXCEPT for Hockey, as I found out tonight. I wanted to bet Ottawa there tonight, as they had the best line (rare for them, their hockey and baseball lines suck), and I was told they only accept Hockey wagers over the net. Since I can't bet with them over the net, I was screwed.

I posted my buddy's Little Book experience here about a month ago. He won 9 dimes on parlays in week 1 of preseason and they quickly threw him out. If you lose, break even, or win no more than a dime they will let you stay. Online limits are are a joke.

I've heard similar stories regarding payouts. A while back they did encounter some financial problems and were fairly upfront about this situation. My understanding is that they are in much better shape today. A book encountering financial constraints is nothing unusual - just wanted to point out they were very honest about what was going on.

I've used them for a couple weeks, and their system is not that bad to use. Their lines are definately not very competitive, but that may only be a temporary thing (or maybe not from the feedback I've read).
