I'll start off saying I definitely made a mistake on this one, as I should have researched the book more before making a deposit there. It's for small change, but I thought I'd warn others here and many other places, as I'll be happy to spread the word as they keep avoiding paying me
I seemed to recall betroyal being featured here not too long ago, and when I received a offer for a $404 FP promotion during the NBA finals, I bit.
I made a deposit on 6/18 via Firepay for $410.00. I received a FP worth
$404, and it had a 12x rollover requirement. On 6/28, after betting over $12,500 and meeting the rollover requirements, I requested a withdrawal of $666.00 (yea, it's an omen!). I was asked to submit some additional forms, and told I did indeed meet the rollover requirements.
Once I submitted the forms, I was told I would receive the money within 48 hours. I called back 48 hours later (Friday 6/30) and asked where the money was, they told me that it would be paid Saturday. When I called back Sunday after still not receiving the money, they said they don't make payments on
Saturdays and I would receive it on Monday. I called back Monday and they told me their Firepay processor in Canada was closed for the July 3rd Holiday, and that I would be paid after 5pm on July 4th as they were open then. My final calls were today (5 so far) and they do show in my account as processing a Firepay payment and I have no balance at the book, however firepay has no money in my account.
I've called three times today and they won't transfer me to a supervisor or accounting, and keep telling me that I will be paid after 5pm today. The supervisor has apparantly been at lunch for 3 hours.
For a measly $250 in winnings, I've called them over 12 times. I didn't realize they had other complaints against them, I should have never been attracted by their bonus FP, I know better!
Beware. I'll post an update if they ever pay me. Otherwise, you'll probably read this same post at every bettor forum out on the net. I hope my puny $600 was worth it Betroyal.
