Pinnacle shits on customer service!!!

I recently opened an account with pinnacle due to their 10% signup bonus as well as good rep. and low juice but man oh man they offer NOOOOOO customer service, I mean there's not even a number to call to make a deposit, place a wager, anything????? What the @#$! is going on here, I'm a small time bettor with over a grand at a site that doesnt even have a phone. I guess this is one of the corners pinnacle cut in an effort to make the same profit with lower juice, frankly id rather pay an extra buck per 100 to have somebody settle my nerves if my deposits, withdrawals, etc dont go through. I know Jeff will read this and shit in his pants as he loves pinnacles low juice but c'mon man this is unreal, pay an operator pinnacle blow 7 bucks an hour guys geez. I hope you've hired somebody to do cashouts, or do i have to fly to england and pickup a check????

I appreciate it man, well color me wrong for sayin they dont have any number, but yall gotta tell me something why isnt the most obvious customer information given on the homepage, sportsbooks listen up, I want the bonus yall offer ANDDDDDDDDDD the phone number yall have for wagering on the homepage, PERIOD!!!! Your right, I think they are trying to save a buck so they kinda of hide the number which could be scary for someone who doesn't know there way around the offshore books.
