I posted this in the ratings thread also. Was curious why Royal Sports was rated so low?

Anytime a sportsbook goes through a situation where payments are delayed considerably, you've got to knock down your rating/confidence level in the book.

Such was the situation last year with Royal.

Where this may differ is in the case of Cascade, who was all but fried last year. In their case, we have information as to who the new backer is......
