The owner, or alleged owner was busted and accused of running the business from the states. I wouldn't be too concerned as it hasn't affected their business but if the ratings were going to be done right, that notation had to be included.

I've never had any problems getting paid. Even better than that, because they are new, they are still working out bugs that work in your favour. currently has NO BB lines on their site and haven't for 20 minutes, their site is crawling too. I only joined them to get the prize money.
