  • Debit Cards as a Deposit Method

I tried to use my debit card (National City Bank) to deposit with a book this weekend and it got declined stating that my financial institution no longer accepted gaming transations.

Everyone beware....the government is in full force on restricting our right to spend our money how we want.

Let me update that. I've now tried with two other credit cards with both WWTS AND NETeller and was turned down. The banks issuing the cards were FirstUSA and Providian.

Anyone have any cards that DO work?

Also, for any sportsbooks that read this.....is there a secret I'm missing or do you have a way to get the cards to work?

I'm not a big player, so wire transfers aren't very feasible for me and I don't want to use Western Union and get eaten alive with the fees.

Just signed up for Prepaid ATM, seemed like a good deal with the opportunity to have your winnings sent straight to the card.
