I had an advertising deal with Safari and gave them a shot at the ad money.

After two years I requested a payout - 5 months to get $1600 and they stiffed me for a small amount after I bitched up a storm.

Yeah - I read the list but am done offshore for a while. I'll go local where I've never had any troubles. Lots of rumblings offshore right now.

Would you care to elaborate on "rumblings offshore"? Everyone says these sorts of things but is afraid to clue anyone in. Anything we need to look out for?

Blowfish - nothing you don't already know . . . . . Royal and Olympic in buyout talks . . . . . the stiffs we've all seen.

That's all . . . . . I just don't have the time, money and effort to invest in offshore betting anymore is the primary reason.

There are many solid books out there - I'd play with the big ones, were I still offshore.
