How does Easy Bet, Oasis, and Sportfanatik

I have accounts with all three and have never had a problem with any of them.
There are several reputable, established online books to choose from beyond the three you mentioned. Depending on your style of play(whether you play particular sports, underdogs, teasers, etc.)one might suit you better than another.

I am mostly into football and play either sides or o/u...I wouldn't mind being able to play a few teasers...I know Easy Bets doesn't offer teasers for this season...
What are some of the other good sport books,
that I might want consider?

gman, I would like to suggest you 2 books :

Intertops and GSC.

Their min is just $6.

Teasar : Intertop - no, GSC - yes.

They paid and paid fast.

Good customer service.

Intertops website is the fastest that I've ever seen.

GSC - the teasar odds is the best for small bettors. 2-8 teamer with 6, 6.5 and 7 pts.

And both of them accept online credit card deposits.

Take a look by yourself before you decided.

Good luck.

If your still looking for a sportsbook, check out Centrebet. They are located in Australia, licensed through the Australian govt, and offer a wide variety of sports.
They dont offer teasers on football though.

I've tried many on line books now and I must say my two overall favorites are WSEX (www.wsex.com) and CARIB www.caribsports.com).

WSEX offers the very most in Football options and has an excellent web site. They are also quite reputable.

CARIB does a fine job as well. They give you update messages on your Cash Outs, their site is fast, and they offer golf and some horse racing too.

You can't go wrong with either of these two.

I have accountys at 15 online sportsbooks. Oasis is my favorite, but I also like Intertops, GSC, BigBook, SIA, WSEX.

GSC certainly respects the small player, but they do take a lot of big action as well. Another one of my favorite books, Post Time, is due to go online very shortly but I would anticipate a few bumps in the road at first, although I do believe they have prolonged the
introduction to make this one of the best on-line sites out there. I've found GSC is especially user friendly.

As for my opinion, WSEX, Carib, and GSC are tops on my list for overall ease of use, customer service, and quick payment (less than 3 days). Easybets is currently a concern, as I requested a withdrawl nearly a week ago and was told today that, although their website indicates that payment will be made the following day, it may take 14 working days (3 weeks). That is a completely unacceptable payment delay, especially considering the timely payouts of the other quality on-line books.

mfmavrix, that is a totally unacceptable delay! I can understand a time-frame of 3 days to cut a check and put it into the mail. Perhaps a week at the most. Three weeks is unreasonable.

If a customer makes a request for his money, under normal circumstances the sportsbook should start to process the payment the next business day.

Unless they have a good reason for a three week delay, I would be hesitent about continuing to do business with them.

mfmavrix, Are you saying that it may take 3 weeks for them to cut a check or it will take up to 3 weeks because of the slow international mail?

Shifty, I was told that it could take 3 weeks due to the check being sent via mail from Ireland. Unfortunately, Easybets' on-line withdrawal form does not provide you with this information, nor does it provide other options such as FEDEX or Western Union. I contacted Easybets and told them that waiting 3 weeks to receive my funds was unacceptable, but they only suggested that next time I call in the withdrawal request and then request FEDEX, which the client must pay for. Either way, this is the worst withdrawal policy that I have encountered among my many on-line accounts. WSEX, Carib, Intertops, and GSC all have sent funds that have arrived within 3-4 days. Many of the on-line books will also pick up any expenses involved with the withdrawal.

mfmavrix, I've been with them a few months and it usually takes them about 2 days to cut the check. I live on the east coast and the mail takes about 8 days from Ireland. FedEx costs $50. That's too steep. Bank wire transfers are fast but a lot of books including Easybets don't offer that option.

mfmavrix, sorry I misinterpreted your post about it taking 3 weeks to cut a check. Once a check is in the mail, obviously the SB has no control about how long it takes for delivery. I would think 8-16 days should be reasonable for International mail, although glitches sometimes happen.

However, you should get a firm date from Easy Bets of the date that the check was put in the mail. After that its up to the domestic and international mail carriers.

Best of luck.

Easybets has no problem with W. Union or Fedex. I had collected huge amount on a several occasions and it arrived as promised.
I haven't tried their regular mail so I can't make comment on that one.

Just an example to show the contrast between my Easybets withdrawal situation and that of another book is the fact that I requested a withdrawal from GSC today and was promised a check to arrive within 2 days via UPS free of charge. GSC offers one or two free withdrawals each month. The other withdrawals that I have made with them in previous months actually did arrive within 2 days as promised. Fortunately, Oddswiz is not conducting their ratings on the various aspects of sportsbooks (recently having focused on customer service), so I look forward to their focus on withdrawal policies and payment timeliness.

In my previous post, it should read "Oddswiz is NOW...", rather than NOT. In fact, I just noticed that the timeliness of payouts is Oddswiz' next voting topic. Very appropriate, although some books give the client a variety of payout options, each with a different length of time involved for the check to actually arrive.
